Need to return my puffer jacket
It was so sad when I found out that the store sent me the wrong size. I ordered L, but they gave me the S. At first, it wasn't easy to apply for a return cause the customer support wasn't too responsive. After several messages, I finally returned the jacket. And yes, I had to wait even longer. Luckily, the delivery didn't take long and I got the correct puffer jacket.
